「I used Expedia app to reserve my rooms. Upon check out i told them that one of the rooms didn't have a fridge or microwave. They said that was what I ordered online, which is totally wrong. I was very disappointed with the staff and the overall experience. The staff was not helpful or sincere. Didn't even apologize for the screw up. Will NEVER stay there again.」
