"This hotel charged my credit card for an extra night, that I didnt consent to. Check in took 45 minutes with a baby and two children. The lady at the front desk was rude to my children. The manager was also rude on the phone when I asked about unknown charges."

"Excellent space. Very clean. Easy to get to. Good variety of Restaurants within walking distance. Was a 15 minute drive to the GO train station. And a stress free ride into Toronto union station on the train. Very much enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the location. Bob was very attentive. AC was not working, he manage to get it working but it failed again. Lots of cobwebs around the indoor lights. Beds were very firm. All and all we enjoyed our stay."
