Oceanfront Beach house. Gorgeous, private, Fully Fenced in, fully-renovated home. Sleeps 6.

1 King, 2 singles and high quality Queen air mattress. 2 full baths. One bath upstairs, second bath is off the beach area at lower deck where you will find large sofa, hammock, laundry room, 4 large beach chairs and beach umbrellas, cooler, life vest for the kids as well as beach toys. Rear of entire property is fully enclosed.
No amenity forgotten. Pets welcome $100.00 each pet rent up to two.

Dine overlooking the ocean on the huge upper deck or hang out on the lower on the newly installed sanded sea wall and step into the ocean. High end furniture, 2 HD flat screens with Direct TV, Wi-Fi, Bar-B-Que and Keurig for your morning coffee.

Close to restaurants, bars, arts and culture, parks, golf at Sawgrass PGA Tour Country Club or visit GTM National Wildlife preserve with multiple parks for hiking, picnicking and other outdoor activities. Nice getaway

Enjoyed our week at the house. I've never stayed at VRBO that was so well stocked and thought out. This place had everything and more. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap for everything, coffee, condiments, entertainment for everyone and of course a great fenced in backyard for our dogs.

Great stay

Found property to be as listed. Great location and easily driven to. The only problem was that there where not enough towels (I never asked host if there were more anywhere) and had to wash the ones left.

The house was perfect for the two of us but would have been just as accommodating for four.

The house was clean, conveniently located. The property manager was very accommodating. The house was equipped well with kitchen and beach essentials. The beach location was excellent.

A Great Spring Break!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the beach! It was the perfect size for our small family, and we especially appreciated how dog-friendly it was. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and gave our pup plenty of safe space to run around. The provided sand toys were a nice surprise that kept our daughter entertained for hours. The beach was beautiful and pretty empty, even during spring break, and we loved spending time on the upstairs balcony and downstairs patio just taking in the ocean. We truly felt at home and made some fantastic memories. Check in was easy and the home was clean. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly beach getaway!

Property was fantastic and just what we were looking for. Great fenced in Oceanside retreat. Perfect for our dogs. Very private and also so close to St Augustine. We will be back !

Didn’t want to leave!!

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful weeks at this comfortable house on the beach. Very private with wonderful views. Plenty of beach items…great deck….ample parking. Easy in, easy out!

All good but beware second bathroom is outside by garage. It’s nice but not usable during the night. Great fenced yard and deck. Comfy beds.

Great beach house

The house was perfect for us and was exactly what we needed, a quiet relaxing week which isn’t our normal. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect, it had a comfy bed, you could curl up on the sofa and watch the waves. I did my chair yoga on the deck with my fur babies happily playing in the fenced in yard. I am not trying to be negative but just be aware I said quiet isn’t our normal because we usually go out in the afternoon and have a few drinks and dinner, there really isn’t anything close. We did go to the Reef and Aunt Kate’s both were good. We ended up grocery shopping and I had to cook, not my idea of fun, not sure if it was the stove (electric, I only have gas), the pans or me but I had a hard time getting a consistent temperature. You do hear road noise from the bedrooms, especially the motorcycles flying by at night. The 2nd bathroom and washing machine is downstairs, outside in the carport. If you are coming in the winter don’t forget your slippers, the tile floors are cold on your feet.

Awesome House!

My husband and I have been booking our beach vacation in S Ponte Vedra for the last 3 years. We have stayed in different houses with the hopes of finding the perfect one to keep going back to. I was so excited to find this home specifically because we travel with our dogs and this house had a fenced in yard. I reached out to Cindy to inquire about the house and received a response almost immediately. Her kindness really put her above some other possible houses, so we booked. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was stocked with TP, a paper towel roll and kitchen sponges. We usually bring our own plates/bowls/utensils, so I'm not sure what all was there, but it looked well stocked. We also bring our own towels, but they had plenty! The house is a perfect size for a couple or a small family of 4. The fenced yard was a wonderful addition! We also liked that they had a section to hose off your feet/body after going on the beach. There's some great seating outside, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We didn't really have any issues with our stay. I did reach out to Cindy once while there and she was very prompt with her responses. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

A great way to bring in the new year

We had a great time at the property and it was a wonderful way to bring in the new year with our fur babies. Pros: the fenced in area for the dogs was perfect, the beach was beautiful and it was great to walk up and down the beach every day. The house was comfortable. Just sitting on that upper deck and watching the ocean was perfection. Loved how there was an extra supply of chairs and umbrellas. Isolated enough to feel private and not overcrowded and close enough to town and downtown Saint Augustine and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We placed an Instacart order when we were 30 minutes out, and it was there close to when we arrived. The table for eating outside, and the lounge chairs were really nice. Neither pro nor con: the house is simple/basic and comfortable, not luxurious or fancy- so we were lucky that the weather was great, and we could spend most of our time outside. Cons: we cooked every meal in the home and the oven/stove could probably use replacing. The oven took 30 minutes to heat up and the stovetop temperature fluctuated as we were cooking on it. We wanted a seafood feast for New Year’s Eve so we went to Kyle’s fish market to buy all of the fresh seafood to cook, and it was a great find! It seems all the locals were there.

Not what was expecting

After arriving, the accommodations was much smaller than expected. It was a two bedroom/2 bath house, but one of the bathrooms, you had to go outside, down the stairs to the carport, enter a code to use it. I can imagine at family of four trying to stay at this house. The house is located on A1A and is in the middle of nowhere. At night and morning, you can hear the trucks and cars passing by. The fenced in yard was perfect for our golden retriever, but not enough lighting outside. The house is literally on the beach. At high tide, the water was reaching the house. The lot next door was only the foundation of a house that the water must have breached which scared us a bit. The weather was terrible on first night and predicted to be worse the next several days, so we packed up and left. I was very disappointed with the trip. I do not think the reviews were accurate for the listing. Unfortunately, We came a long way for subpar accommodations and terrible weather.

Great location and very private.

Perfect Beach House

This is a true beach house. The location can not be beat. It has everything that you need and some things that you didn’t know you did. This was our first stay but finding this gem, we will be back. Thank you again for letting us use your perfect beach house!

The house could have been cleaner and fresher smelling. The couch was sandy and the throw pillows were itchy and did not seem very sanitary.The refrigerator had a smell. One of the patio chairs was broken. The location is nice:)

The view was perfect and the beach was very quiet and private. The fenced in sandy lower level was perfect for our dogs. We didn’t have any issues with the AC, but kept the blinds shut during the day. The bathroom and shower on the lower level was great for the kids coming in from the beach and to use the restroom quickly and easily when needed without having to go all the way upstairs into the house. So many areas to sit and relax and we loved the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas provided! We cooked most of our dinners and didn’t have any issues with supplies. The owner was kind enough to overnight us some pepper as they must have run out and only had salt. Easy to find the house at night with the green lights on the mailbox. Thank you for a great stay at an unforgettable location!
