We had a lovely stay at Lenscape Coterie! The front desk team was amazing—welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. The hotel was clean, and the warmth of everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The one area that could use improvement is the service for hot breakfast orders. On our first morning, we waited about an hour and ultimately had to leave for a scheduled tour before our meals arrived. We experienced a similar delay the following morning. Although we were seated first in the smaller breakfast room, our order was taken after another table’s, and guests who arrived later received their meals before us. Our food came last, after roughly an hour. Better coordination of breakfast orders would make a big difference, especially for guests with morning plans. Despite this, we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness. The front desk team deserves special recognition for making our stay so welcoming!

事前にお見かけしていた皆さんのレビュー通り、立地や価格、お部屋のインテリア、そしてスタッフの方々の対応など、どこをとっても本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。 特に感謝したいのがスタッフチームの皆さんです。言葉が拙い私たちにも温かく対応してくださり、そのお人柄と手際の良さ・優秀さに滞在中何度も助けられました。 細部までセンスが光り、必要なものは全て整ったお部屋で過ごした数日は良い思い出です。次またポルトを訪れる際も迷わずこちらのホテルを選びます。最高のおもてなしを本当にありがとうございました。
