「Fantastic hotel. Location can’t be beat. The pool has a stunning view. Breakfast was truly phenomenal (maybe the best I’ve ever had??) and all the staff were really lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. My one “complaint” is that the bathroom/shower lacked privacy and felt oddly placed. We also had very little room to move/ storage options with just two carry ons and two backpacks. Would still stay there again in a heartbeat! Very satisfied.」

「Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used. Check in time was 15:00 but we...

「We had a huge apartment with kitchen, living room, and balcony. The space was immaculate and clean. Daily cleaning was also provided. The poolside breakfast was also delicious and picturesque. We loved this location to walk to all the beaches and cliff views. We took a taxi into Lagos (about 1 mile away) a few times and walked back to the apartment after dinner. Enjoyed the pool one afternoon which was quiet and very well maintained. Free, secure parking too!」

「This is a great place. The rooms were clean, the neighborhood quiet but walking distance to the walled city and the historical downtown. Having breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea was delightful. The staff was fantastic. Rosa and her colleague went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable. I recommend Sensations Guesthouse to anyone looking for a great stay in Lagos. 」

「Fijn appartement, erg schoon. Voldoende linnengoed en handdoeken. De locatie was goed, alles zat op loopafstand voor winkels en restaurants (centrum van Lagos). Er zijn ook voldoende parkeerplekken voor de deur (wel tegen betaling binnen bepaalde tijdstippen). Het inchecken verliep ook vlot en aardig personeel. 」

「There were lots of good points about this hotel but it is not up to the standard of a 4 star. Good points - friendly staff, good food and drinks at snack bar, good sized apartment and balcony, clean room, great location for Lagos centre, beach, boardwalk and parking, nice pool area, plenty of sun beds, and well kept grounds. 「The staff was always there to help, very accommodating. The room was very clean and had a spacious private bathroom. The kitchen could use some updating but it was quite well equipped. Breakfast was nice, the same every day, but very complete. We stayed 5 nights. Of course the location was nice. Walkable to everything.」

「Beautiful property and amazing breakfast selection but service was poor. Housekeeping might have just as well not done anything - minimal bed makin, did not even empty or clean used glasses/cups. Steam room did not work and staff said it had not worked in a "long time". AC in our room kept getting turned off in the sweltering heat - maintenance overnight was not helpful until next morning.」

「The staff was so nice, especially the reception guy, breakfast was good, they refilled it all morning so nothing was empty by 10:30, they have fruits, pastries, cereals, yogurt, bread and more, it’s a good 10/10. The room is clean, the bathroom too and they cleaned it everyday. There is no fridge or microwave in the room but you can leave your things in the reception fridge and also ask to use there microwave. Would definitely recommend! Good price, good location and clean!」

「Touring Portugal with my elderly mother is difficult with all the cobblestone roads but this hotel was kind enough to loan us a wheelchair to help make it easier for us to explore nearby places. Do not leave without doing one of the boat tours. The smaller the better to go into the caves!」
