「Splendida dimora con un parco enorme, con tantissimi alberi da frutta (fichi, pere, mele,ecc.) e 15 platani giganteschi e secolari. Piscina. Enorme terrazza prospiciente la piscina e il parco, dove viene servita la colazione. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi, non condizionata (solo un ventilatore).」
