We had an unpleasant experience at the desk when we requested plates that were missing from our kitchenette but other than that the other staff did try to make up for her rude behavior and lack of ability to want to do her job which was appreciated. "My deck was share with three other rooms. There was no shampoo or cream rinse, no coffee, sugar ect. Evening entertainment was terrible. I just wanted a few days on the beach but this was a place for families with little kids and little kid amenities and activities. Also used as a party place for large groups of partying teens"

"Staff at reception desk kept speaking to each other and making corrections and trying to be funny, when they should focus on the client checking in. ALL the chairs in the breakfast area were in extremely poor condition I HAVE A HANDICAP AND THE PARKING WAS ABOUT 200 YARDS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOTEL LOBBY. THEY HAVE NO ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE. ARE THEY IN COMPLIANCE WITH "THE AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT?""
