Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional. "Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay."
