"فندق جميل وهادي ويصلح للي عنده سياره والعاملون عليه متعاونيين من استلام السياره من الفاليه ومن الاستقبال وسرعه استلام الغرفه وعمل فطور مجاني للغرفه وللشخصين ايضا وحبيت اشكر الاخر UGURوالاخت NEHIR علي حفاوة الاستقبال وسرعه استلام الغرف وايضاً عند عمل الخروج لم نتأخر وبسهوله ايضا وحتي القائمين علي الفاليه من استلام وتسليم السياره كانو جداً محترمين ، والفطور عندهم منتاز ومتنوع والغرف نظيفه واطلالتها جميله وتنظيف يومي ايضاً "

"The entire place was pretty run down, not very clean. We had cold water only, for the entire 5 days, even though we complained. No choice for breakfast, which was served outside with flies, stray dogs and cats everywhere. The sunbeds were very old and dirty. Couldn't really communicate with staff due to language barrier."

"This place is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. Cleanliness is poor, there was urine marks on the toilet seat. I switched two rooms because the AC was not working properly. It works as a fan but does not cool down. In both rooms the situation was the same. So don’t expect a working AC. The bed was okay for two nights. Shampoo and conditioner is worst and doesn’t even foam up. Don’t expect much. "

Although it is supposed to be a non-smoking property, the rooms towels and sheets, all smelled of smoke The air conditioning and fan works sporadically, the apartment was dirty, and not maintained It was very convenient having a washing machine, but there was really nowhere to hang wet clothing and only a few hangers in the closet. The drying rack was broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. Shower head works but doesn’t hang up. Nice to have a refrigerator but freezer section was frozen solid. No dishes stocked in the kitchen but they brought up a bin. The reception desk staff were helpful and polite. "
