"1.) The location of the neighborhood inconveniently loacted to stores, gas stations, & main roads for highway access.2.) The rental quarter is located in the back of the home: clean, well-kept w/a comfortable bed and space heaters. No TV in bedroom3.) Caution to those with physical disabilities: You have to enter the quarters by walking down a slight slope into the backyard. If there has been inclement weather, you may slip before reaching the step stones 40-60ft away. Unfortunately, the path is dark bc the path's solar lights were inoperable. If you're on the shorter side, you may have difficulty reaching over the fence to unlatch the hook. Lastly, you will hear the steps of family walk around, which can be bothersome to light sleepers.Aside from those discrepancies--its an enjoyable place to reside for short trips"
