It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. "Nice hotel with lovely grounds and pool area. Room had good AC and a small shower with amazing water pressure. Check-in was a bit slow and disorganized, but staff were friendly enough to. Restaurant is quite good, an important consideration as there are not a ton of options nearby unless you have a car. Easy walk to the Paestum archaeological park. Pool patrons are required to wear a bathing cap (these can be purchased at the hotel — helpful for those of us who hadn’t seen one in decades). Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices and good coffee. Dinner at the restaurant was also well worth it, particularly the pineapple ice cream crumble dessert. Would definitely recommend this property."
