Charming rustic cottage.

This natural stone house is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature. Only 2km from the centre of Puerto Pollensa, with its beaches, restaurants and shops. This traditional style finca is furnished and decorated with great taste and quality materials, taking care of the details and respecting the Majorcan style. It has all the comforts. It has two double bedrooms, stone bathroom with walk-in shower (recently refurbished), fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, WIFI, air conditioning/heating in all areas. Parking. In its picturesque outdoor area surrounded by fruit trees there are different rooms for every moment. Barbecue with dining room and covered terrace. Swimming pool with solarium, sun loungers and hammock, terrace table and chairs. Dining area in the shade under the trees. Comfortable sofa on the covered terrace for guaranteed relaxation, all with unobstructed views of the countryside and mountains.

The location is ideal for being away from the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes from the centre.

Beautiful villa in a serene location surrounded by mountains

Pros: The tropical feeling in the property surrounded by beautiful plants. Isabel was very kind and the property has everything you will need. Enjoyed the bbq everyday. Groceries were nearby.
