The modern Can Botana 9 is situated in the pretty seaside town of Cala Sant Vicenç, in the scenic north of Mallorca and is a great accommodation for relaxing holidays close to the sea. The child-friendly 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. The private covered terrace is a great place to enjoy breakfast and the evenings surrounded by the lush greenery of the spacious garden and with a view of the mountains, while the pool area, which is shared with adjacent holiday homes, is ideal for basking in the sun and taking a swim, while the open balcony is the ideal place to while away the evening with a glass of wine. There is one big pool divided in 2 by a metal barrier. One side is for adults and the other one is for children.
The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk (400 m) away and restaurants, bars and cafés are only a one-minute walk (120 m) from the holiday home, while the beach, Cala Molins, can be reached after a mere 3-minute walk (270 m). Mallorca’s capital Palma and the airport are 67 km (50-minute drive) away, on the opposite side of the island.
Pets are not allowed.
There are 2 CCTV cameras in the accommodation: one downstairs in the living room and one upstairs at the top of the stairs. They are not in operation while the house is rented out, but only in the low season when the house is completely vacant.
