  • A charming finca in a quiet location, featuring a heated pool and large veranda, as well as billiards and table tennis tables. The nearest sandy beaches are about ten minutes away.Can Roig sits in the middle of a fragrant orange grove. With great attention to detail, the owners of the former country house have transformed it into a cosy holiday home with beautiful green areas and flowers. The well-kept and nicely furnished house and garden ensure that guests feel will comfortable here. The finca’s covered terraces are equipped with a large dining table, as well as billiards and table tennis tables. The cosy house offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. This well-quipped house provides guests with everything required for a successful holiday. On request, the pool can also be heated.This holiday home is located in Pollença, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Puerto Alcudia can be reached by car in about ten minutes. The town of Pollença is about four kilometres away. At Can Roig, you will be in the peace and quiet of the countryside, while having beaches and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Weekly markets are held in Alcudia, Puerto Pollença and Pollença.

Die Größe der Finca, die mehreren Terrassen, der Pool, Ausstattung der Küche, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder war der Pool ein Paradies.

Tolle traumhafte Finca mit viel Privatsphäre

Die Ausstattung der Küche und der gesamten Finca, der grosse Pool, Billiardtisch, Tischtennisplatte, das viele Grün um einen herum, Privatsphäre, Ruhe & der sehr nette und aufmerksame Service! Es war für uns alle ein wunderschöner und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Uns hat eigentlich nur eine Küchenwaage gefehlt um Mallorquinischen Mandelkuchen zu backen ein Austausch der Einzelbetten im zweitgrössten Zimmer durch ein Doppelbett und/oder insgesamt längere Betten wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr schöne Finca, es fehlt an nichts!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien darunter 2 Kinder für eine Woche auf dieser schönen Finca. Alles war sehr sehr sauber und vom Inventar mehr als komplett eingerichtet. Der Hausmeister und die Reinigungskräfte super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Finca liegt nicht weit von Pollença und Alcudia entfernt. Ein Auto benötigt man in jedem Fall. Für ein tägliches "Brötchenholen" vielleicht etwas zu weit, für andere Aktivitäten wirklich nicht weit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! nichts

In diesem Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Badehandtuch Versorgung super. Einmal bei Sturm war Stromausfall, wurde nach 15 min wieder behoben, sehr guter und sehr netter Service und Eigentümer! Wenn es sich wieder ergeben wird, gern wieder hier Die angegebene Adresse konnte das NAVI nicht verwerten, erst die GPS-Daten.

Wunderschöne Finka mit super Ausstattung

Die Finka ist wunderschön eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Ausstattung ist super, Pool, Grill, Billiardtisch, Ping Pong Tisch, Pfannen, Gläser, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Handtücher, Spielsachen. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen aber man kommt trotzdem schnell in einen Laden oder die Stadt Pollenca sowie Alcudia, uns hat dies gefallen. Ebenso ging alles problemlos und schnell Übergabe und Abgabe.

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns rundum wohl in der Finca gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war ein Traum,der Garten wunderschön und die Hühner und Gänse eine tolle Abwechslung für die Kinder. Auch die ruhige,aber dennoch zentrale Lage hat uns begeistert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war perfekt und der Service super. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
