Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen großen Garten mit Pool und einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Sie ist liebevoll gepflegt und dekoriert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Gepflegtes Haus mit Flair

Das Haus ist landestypisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Dekorationen und Bilder passen wunderbar und sind hochwertig. Auch die überdachte Terrasse, der Garten und der Pool sind schön und gepflegt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Berg und die wenigen Nachbarn sind in angenehmer Entfernung vom großen Grundstück. Die Kücheneinrichtung war komplett und es gab ausreichend Möbel und Liegen im Aussenbereich. Mir fällt nichts ein.

Das Haus ist ein schöner Ruhepol am Rand von Port de Pollenca. Die Eigentümerin und die Agentur sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu allen Themen. Innerhalb eines Tages erhielten wir z. B. eine größere Kaffeemaschine oder einen größeren Fernseher. Weiter wurden wir mit Früchten aus dem Garten versorgt. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir früher in das Object und durften am Abreisetag auch länger bleiben. Und wewr Katzen mag fühlt sich hier wie daheim.

Alles war in Ordnung, nur am dem ersten Tag war sehr kalt in dem ganzen Haus, er nach dem Gespräch mit der Eigentümerin hat sich alles geklärt, sonst waren wir zufrieden. Nicht weit in die Stadt, gute Lage.
