Lovely Villa

Very much enjoyed our stay, place is well equiped with all you need for a lovely family hol, kitchen especially has all you need to make a lovely family meal. Beds need updating. Mattresses are hard and a bit old. Other than that all good

Absolutely loved it

The villa was as describe, very clean and tidy, location for us was fantastic tucked away down a farm track. Two other villas on same track. Defo need a car here. Polenenca town about 10minute drive. Pool was a god send in the 38 degs heat. Cannot fault the place, maybe the pool needs a revamp, but everything functional.

Amazing location

Truly stunning location, from the peacefulness, to the plants and trees and the mountain view. Villa was really spacious and comfortable. Pool was a really good size, quite deep so not ideal for small children but a really nice set up. Very impressed!

Super schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir waren 5 Tage in dem Haus. 2 erwachsene + 2 Kinder (8Monate+4Jahre). Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit war super. Der Pool ist mega schön und trotz der Hitze war das Haus schön kühl, obwohl es keine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer gab & sie nur zu bestimmten Zeiten verfügbar war. Die Anreise dahin ist auch inordnung (Autobahn, Landstraße, Landweg). Ich hätte mir nur eine bessere Kommunikation zwischen der Agentur und uns im Vorfeld gewünscht, da ich sie anschreiben musste und fragen musste wo wir hin müssen und wie der Check in abläuft. Wir haben danach aber direkt alle wichtigen Informationen bekommen & sie waren super freundlich. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich sagen das wir s da sehr genossen haben. Vorallem das Frühstück auf der Veranda & den Pool. Das einzige was wir uns gewünscht hätten wäre ein hochstuhl für s Baby gewesen. Trotzdem würden und werden wir bestimmt wieder buchen. Kann ich allen wärmstens empfehlen. Danke

Tolles Haus, gute Ausstattung der Anlage. Lediglich der Pool war nicht zu 100% gereinigt bei Ankunft, was aber auf Grund der Wassertemperatur nicht weiter tragisch war.

Schöner Urlaub

Es war wirklich eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Die finca war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Leider war der Pool bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr verdreckt. Die Klospülung war am letzten Abend defekt. Zwei Lampen und 1-2 Schubladen kamen uns entgegen. Wir hatten trotzdem wirklich eine tolle und erholsame Zeit. Man hat wirklich sehr seine Ruhe vor Ort. Es ist alles sehr schön offen und zu 6 hatten wir genug platzt.

Schöne ruhig gelegene Finca zur Entspannung

Sehr schöner Rückzugsort für einen entspannten Urlaub. An einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles im allem sehr schön. Vor allem ein top Service bei dem die Agentur immer erreichbar war und alle notwendigen Arbeiten super schnell durchgeführt hat!

This is a great location if you want some peace and quiet to enjoy your own pool. The roads are very narrow to get there so don't get a big car. The kitchen could have a bit more items such as a chopping board, salt and pepper, oil etc so you don't need to buy everything yourself.

Go to Pollenca

Pollenca ia beautiful...Much better than the south of Mallorca. Rent a boat for the day. Have dinner in Pollenca square and go to Molins beach. The property is in a farming area. Very quiet. The pool is lovely. The place is renovated. It is a little remote, but still 10 minutes from Pollenca. Would be great yo have a few more kitchen utensils.

Skønt hus med dejlig beliggenhed

Dejligt nyt hus i skønt område. Meget rent, gode soveværelser, fint med køkkenudstyr, dejlig stor og ren pool. Dejligt udeområde som dog mangler lidt parasoller til skygge. Kort afstand til mange gode strande. Eneste dårlige oplevelse var med udlejningsbureauet, som var meget uhøflige. Men huset var lækkert. Hilsen familen på 5 fra Danmark

Supernice!

The Villa was exactly as advertised, would without hesitation rent again. We, a Swedish family of five, found it modern, clean and up to date in all respects. Kitchen utensils (cutting board, knifes, dish brush etc) were running on low but no biggie. The pool is great and wifi sufficient for three teenagers. Other amenities such as heating, induction stove and tv were on par. The villa named "U Molinas" is a bit difficult to find. Probably due to all the small roads in the area? The neighboring villa is however on Google maps so aim for that, it's called "Villa Ignacio"

The villa was clean, modern and well equipped, lovely pool but needed sun umbrellas.

We really enjoyed our week at the villa. You need a car to get around, no where is walking distance and not sure a taxi would have been able to find us.The lovely Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are less than 10 mins away in the car and there are several supermarkets in the area. Be careful though. We were sort of mugged in broad daylight in one of the supermarket’s car parks. Don’t be tricked by an alleged dropped 20 euro note scam, it’s their way of getting you to open your wallet! Keep it in your pocket. The villa’s very effective and much appreciated air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and is set on a timer, that can’t be altered, that comes on for two hours in the afternoon then from 8pm to 8am. Earlier in the evening would be better, 7pm to 7am instead. The pool was a lovely temperature and a great size but the lack of any sun umbrellas was disappointing. I would recommend staying in this part of Majorca. We have enjoyed at least four summer family holidays in this area. The beaches are stunning and the sea is the temperature of bath water. Palma is worth a visit and the town of old Alcudia too. Cycling is very popular and there are several bike hire places in Puerto Pollensa. Enjoy your stay!
