Its prime location allows you to explore the town on foot while providing easy car access to Puglia’s main tourist attractions.

The house is spread over two levels and is completely independent, accessed via a private staircase. It features:

A stunning private sun terrace, perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast outdoors, watching the sunrise over the Adriatic, or soaking up the cool summer evening breeze and romantic sunsets.
The interior is fully air-conditioned and includes:
A living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kitchenware, coffee machine, moka pot, and French press).
A family bedroom with two sleeping areas (one double bed plus either two singles or a French double).
Two functional bathrooms with showers, bidets, and hairdryers. One bathroom is located outside on the terrace—ideal for a refreshing shower after sunbathing or a day at the beach.

The home is managed directly by the owner, Filomena, who personally oversees the order and cleanliness of the property with great attention to detail.
Upon check-in, you will be welcomed by Filomena along with co-hosts Pasquale, Elio, and Martina. Assistance is available in Italian, English, and Spanish. We provide an indoor information guide with recommendations for local restaurants, boat excursions to sea caves, and rentals (car, bike, or tuk-tuk). As travel and food enthusiasts, we are happy to suggest the best places to enjoy fresh seafood and traditional Apulian specialties.
Parking & House Rules
Parking is free on the street and cannot be reserved. From June to September only, the yellow parking spaces on the street are reserved for residents. Therefore, it is advisable to stop briefly to unload your luggage and then park in the nearby white-marked spaces or in public car parks located a few hundred metres away. Upon request, we can also provide information about nearby private paid garages, if available.
No Pets: Animals are not allowed.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house.
Events: Parties or group events are not permitted.
Occupancy: Subletting is forbidden. Only guests included in the original booking (whose details are provided at check-in) are allowed on the premises.
