Miss Sophie's Olomouc

Miss Sophie's Olomouc

10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful hotel with a lot of old charm. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is a close walk to the square. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was large and very clean. Breakfast was good and fresh. I would stay here again."

Hotel Trinity

8/10 Good
"A nice centrally located hotel in Olomouc. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, hot shower, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, parking (although you have to pay), good wifi, modern decor. Only complaint would be that the extractor fans in the bathroom were very loud and continued automatically for some time after the light is turned off. Not only is it loud in the room, but you can hear the fan clearly from the next room too. Would be better if the fans in these rooms could be turned off with a switch rather than on a timer tied to the lights."

Perfect 1-bedroom apartment in quaint Olomouc for your stay

Perfect 1-bedroom apartment in quaint Olomouc for your stay

8/10 Good
"Excellent location and loved the apartment. Very quiet, close to everything, nice and bright, just like the photos. On the downside - the host never confirmed how to check-in/get keys, didn't respond to communications in-app and didn't answer the phone. It was very stressful but I was finally able to reach her and get directions via WhatsApp. Address provided in the app and via WhatsApp was incorrect and we had trouble finding it (luckily local police helped us!). Once in the building, the number of apartment provided was also wrong. Finally, the oil was spilled at the steps in the building and was never cleaned up by the building owners. Nothing to do with the apartment but I slipped and fell on day one. At the time of check-out 3 days later, the oil was still not cleaned up (although we didn't report it to be fair). Overall, I would recommend the apartment highly, but just be aware of communication with the host."
