Nice villa for 2 to 6 people, located on the leeward side in the heights of Caribbean Rocks in the town of POINTE NOIRE, about 40 km from the airport and 49 km from Le Gosier and 1h30 from Saint Francois. Beautifully decorated with breathtaking views of the open sea, green surroundings. Close to all amenities: restaurants; Deshaies Botanical Garden, Acomat Jumping, Crayfish Waterfall, Coustaud Reserve, Diving Center.

You will find two independent double rooms (bed 160 x 200), air-conditioned, mezzanine (double bed), bathroom, separate toilet, large kitchen, dining area, outdoor terrace, barbecue area.

Wonderful villa!

Villa superbe avec immense terrasse et vue absolument imprenable! Je ne me lassais pas de passer du temps sur cette terrasse qui avec le vent et l'ombre etait toujours de temperature agreable (pour un mois de juillet en Guadeloupe)! La maison est tres bien equipee avec tout ce qu'il vous faut! La maison est a 3 min a pied d'une charmante petite plage, et tres bien situee pour acceder a la route de la Traversee ou autres activities sur Basse Terre. Guylaine est la meilleure hotesse et repond a vos messages et vos besoins en 5 minutes! Je reviendrais avec plaisir si j'en ai l'occasion! Vivement recommendee! A notez que les chambres sont toutes 2 equipees de lits double et non pas lit double/lit jumeau comme sur la description. Ce ne fut pas un probleme pour nous!

Villa Paradisiaque, séjour mémorable!!

Mon conjoint et moi sommes resté 8 jours dans cette magnifique villa. Villa en occupation style duplex, donc, logis au bas et un autre en haut. Une bonne occasion si vous êtes 2 familles qui veulent avoir chaqu'un leur espace. Nous étions dans la partie du haut avec la magnifique vu sur la mer, des montagnes et du couché de soleil. Il y a 3 chambres, dont 2 climatisées, l'autre est sur une mezzanine. La partie salon et cuisine est à aire ouverte avec magnifique vue sur la mer. Le balcon est immense avec sa vue, idéale pour passer de belles soirées. Petite cours arrière avec BBQ, coin salon et spa. Maison située en bordure de la route principale. Pour se rendre à la plage Anse Caraibe, vous avec qu'à traverser la route et descendre le petit chemin. En 3 minutes vous y êtes. Il y a des restos, ''food trucks''. La plage n'est pas en sable. mais en roches. Guylaine nous a très bien acceuillit avec fruits, petit déjeuner pour le lendemain et accras servi dans la semaine. Communication très facile avec elle et très grande disponibilité. La villa est encore plus belle en vrai, n'hésitez pas. Elle était bien situé pour les activités. Saut d'Acomate, Jardins Botanique, multiples plages à Deshaies, apnée à Malendure. Merci encore Guylaine

Villa de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. La vue depuis la grande terrasse est magnifique : végétation tropicale et coucher de soleil sur la mer des Caraïbes !!! Emplacement idéal pour visiter Grande Terre (Route de la traversée à quelques minutes) et Basse Terre. La plage de Malendure et la réserve Cousteau sont à 10 minutes. La plage Anse Caraïbes est juste en bas de la maison, accessible très facilement à pied. La maison est spacieuse, très bien agencée et équipée, et d'une propreté remarquable. Tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont disponibles. Le canapé confortable devant la télé est un plus très appréciable, la qualité de la literie est parfaite. Ghislaine, Elodie et Gary sont très sympathiques et réactifs. Par exemple, la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait plus, et dès le lendemain matin nous en avions une nouvelle. Les accras, le premier petit déjeuner et un planteur à notre arrivée, que demander de plus … Merci à nos hôtes et à l'année prochaine. Marie-Hélène et Nicolas

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut. Kommunikation mit Guylaine war unkompliziert. Dazu hat sie uns mit ein paar Leckerbissen versorgt. Die Lage ist gut , um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Basse-Terre zu erreichen. Die Zufahrt ist extrem steil, also Auto mit etwas mehr PS und guter Bodenfreiheit nehmen, sonst setzt unten leicht schon einmal auf. Der Blick aufs Meer ist toll und da Westlage auch die Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben uns hier 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt, wozu auch der Whirlpool beigetragen hat. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Guylaine

Excellent séjour ! Nous venons de passer 15 jours juste parfaits dans cette villa. Absolument rien à redire que ce soit au niveau de la propreté et de l'entretien global de la maison (je suis pourtant assez exigeante ...), de l'équipement (rien ne manque), de la vue exceptionnelle (quel régal de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer) ou encore de la situation géographique (à mi-chemin entre les plages de Deshaies et de la Malendure : parfait pour le balnéaire et la plongée la petite plage de Anse Caraïbes de l'autre côté de la rue). Nous remercions également Guylaine pour son accueil et toutes ses petites attentions. Nous recommandons vivement !

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis, notre hôte a vraiment été au petit soin. La location est idéalement située (a proximité des activités et site inoubliable), quant à la vue juste parfaite. Terrasse agréable et spacieuse, idem pour le logement et jacuzzi.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse, großer Küche, Whirlpool, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Guylaine ist eine gute Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert. Sehr gutes Frühstück nach Ankunft. Die Auffahrt zur Wohnung ist sehr steil, unser Fiat Panda hat es nicht geschafft. Für einen guten Schlaf sind Ohrenstopfen empfehlenswert (wilde Hähne etc.)

La maison est parfaite même plus jolie que sur les photos État de propreté impeccable Très bien équipée Terrasse spacieuse et très agréable Guylaine et Élodie nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été à l’écoute quand nous avons eu besoin Fruits et nécessaire pour le premier déjeuner à disposition L’emplacement de la location est intéressant proximité des belles plages nord de Basse Terre et Deshaies Plage caraïbe accessible à pieds de la location Commerces à proximité et très bon restaurant grillades tout près ouvert le soir Nous reviendrons c’est certain
