They had drinks in the room which they never mentioned to us was for purchase and my kid touched them and it was billed to us by forced. Also we booked this hotel so my kid can swim just to be sent by staff to the pool that they know is not functional. My kid was crying there dissapointed that we were not told pool was broken. "
