「Perfect van alle voorzinnigen」

「シャワーの水が茶色い。コンセントが壊れたまま。シャワーの水がバスルーム全体に漏れてくる。車を呼ぶのが遅い(お抱えの運転手のみを使用するため、この運転手が手配できない際、時間がかかる)。こちらのホテルへの要望、コメントに対し、ホテルの選択の仕方が悪い、自社は皆から高く評価されているので全く問題ない、と宿泊客を非難さえするコメントで応答するなど、接客姿勢に疑問を感じる。非常に不快な思いをした。」

「A very warm welcome with cool towels and a popsicle. Rooms are stocked with 2 espresso pods each day which was appreciated. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around. 」

「I loved the apartment. I had to stay extra days due to global conflicts but there was no doubt I was trapped in the right place. It was great to have my own kitchend with several markets steps away. I spent each day out at the beautiful and quiet pool. Bedroom very comfortable and great space on the balcony to sit out or dry clothes. Great stay!」

「You're probably going to choose this guesthouse because it's near the airport - and in that respect it's excellent. Clean and convenient. They were able to do a dinner and provided coffee before our early flight. 」

「Nice location with an awesome view, huge villa for 2 people with good amenities, superb hospitality, and very close to some of the beaches. Although it’s situated very close to the sea, you have to walk like less than 5 minutes to access the beach, and like around 20 minutes to reach the closest beach hub, Beau Vallon. The hike to those places aren’t bad at all, very safe to walk at night but be careful with traffic, of course. Kenji was very helpful throughout my stay and helped me with a lot...
