「Close to the beach- no complaints at all.」

「It was easy to get in the room with an access code. No need to worry about a key or key card. The room itself was clean and all necessary remotes and items were easy to find, however the windows were really dirty, so we kept the blinds closed. The bed was comfy and the refrigerator had enough space for what we needed. The house was a very short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants which was very convenient. We would have used the porch, but there was a large lift/contraption...

「Beds and pillows were comfortable, liked having laundry in unit. Short walk to the shore.」

「Owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. The unit was clean and new. There is no dish washer, be prepared for that. Street parking is easy and right next to the house and the beach is a short walk (not the ocean, but Tom’s River). 」

「The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.」
