Sending multiple emails and texts all day long, asking to check in and wanted to scan my ID on arrival day was not good .
Asking via email 8am what time I will be leaving on my departure day is really bad and unprofessional.I had very unwelcoming feeling from it .
Room was nice and clean and employees very nice and helpful.
