"I became fearful that i had booked a $179 dollar room in a recovery home or homeless shelter .. bit i was so tired after a 8 hoir drive, i just checked the sheets-underneath the unwashed comforter, the toile amd shower for bugs and went to sleep and got out at 7 am then we waited 5 hours in our car tp board the ship (accept for the hour at breakfast) there is no friendliness, the shittle was offered ..no way would i leave my car there. Ive stayed in better places in third world countries. My suggestion, get some spackle and paint..new mattreses and bed spreads, find some used furniture that doesnt look like u grabbed it from the dumpster and be honest .."

"We stayed here for one night before our cruise. It was an amazing experience to wander around the ship and soak in all of the history! We had lunch when we arrived at the promenade cafe. I was very disappointed that there is little choices for gluten free and No choices for Dairy Free! Dinner at Chelsea’s Chowder was great and they offered a few Gluten Free and Dairy Free options, however Breakfast could only be found at the Promenade Cafe, they had a large buffet breakfast with no gluten free or dairy free options. They do offer a menu however after sitting. 10 minutes and then requesting service so that we could discuss options we were never approached for water/ drink options or to offer to take an order. We inquired at Jubilee if they had any laxtose free yogurt but the guy was very rude and said no yogurt is sold there. Since there were no other options and no close by stores we opted to wait till we were on the ship to eat and skipped breakfast. With the amount of visitors they receive each day I had hoped that they would be better prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our room was neat and comfortable however at night it was very hot and I would suggest since staff is aware some rooms are warmer than others that you have small pedestal fans in those rooms. "

"Gave this place a shot due to recent good reviews I saw and its proximity to the cruise port. I don’t know what kind of rooms previous reviewers were used to but this definitely missed the mark for us. Has so much potential but we will not be staying again. Severely in need of a total gutting and remodel. We had lots of staining, burnt outlets and sense of unease. I would never stay here with my children. "

"First room was not clean, one bed was slept in, towels on floor in bathroom. Easily got a new room. Housekeeping helped & receptionist at desk was great. I had asked housekeeping’s name so receptionist understood housekeeping was the second person to view room. "
