「I did not like the breakfast issue」

「The apple garden of eden smelt like mold. It was no hot water Diane from the front desk was so very helpful. She upgraded our room to the champagne tower suite. The food was fantastic. It was prepared to order by a chef. Our waitress Kay was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and great. Especially the front desk. Needs upgraded.」

「Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came...

「Everything was good. The only thing it was expensive for one night and stayed at the hotel during the weekend. We wanted to swim inside the pool but they were closed after 7 pm. Also, you need to reserve to have dinner before you go downstairs main lobby to eat. Everything else was good.」
