Vince , and the entire staff was excellent in serving my needs with my family.. Rooms were very clean and neat …I had three rooms The breakfast was excellent!!! … Each day was different food varieties..you could see the quality…every hotel should be like this .. If I’m up in this area again this is a must stay location for me and my family… thanks "

"Quiet, not crowded at all, and breakfast included is a plus. Some staff were friendly. I did receive accommodation for the pool being closed. My granddaughter and Daughter enjoyed the H2O waterpark. It’s not a 5 star resort but it will do. The pool was closed for a couple of days, It would’ve been nice to be notified. I will come again but I will call in Advance to see what’s open and what’s close. "

I had a bad day and I complained about something in the room and they listened to me and told me that they will take care of it, but when I went back to the room I realized that I made a mistake and I went back to apologize and they just gave me a smile and they apologized for nothing they did. "
