✔There is $8.50 fee per person (In season: May 24-Sept 2) or $2 (off-season) per night fee for anyone 6 years old and up for use of the community amenities and a $20 registration fee per car; and a $20 rental registration fee.. These are set by the community and must be paid whether you use the amenities or not.

While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✔Pet fee required to be paid at time of booking if bringing a pet. Only ONE dog is allowed.
✔The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.

We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

-Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

-Please note that from May 24 to September 2 (in-season), there is a $20 registration fee which includes a trash pass, plus $20 per car for the duration of your stay, and $8.50 per person (ages 6 and over) daily or $42.50 weekly. During the off-season, a $20 registration fee (including trash pass) and $20 per car for the duration apply, along with a daily rate of $2.00 per person (ages 6 and over).
