Nirvana at Arrowhead is an exceptional mountain escape that gives the comfort of home and a cutting edge cottage vibe that makes for an ideal timberland and nature bound retreat. Offering the security you want, a magnificently comfortable plan, and an extremely close area to vast long periods of climbing, fishing, lakeside going, hitting the mini golf, skiing, wine sampling and a wide range of wildlife. Encircle yourself in a natural climate.

This magnificently styled present day house, ideal for gatherings with loved ones intrigued by a profound plunge into the neighborhood nature. Incredible for individuals searching for a basic yet phenomenal experience that is quiet and pleasant.

***Arrowhead Community Lake Fees***
-- Transaction Fee: $20 ($10 discount on payment made 5 or more days prior to arrival)
-- Temporary Membership Fee:
*May 15th-September 15th: $8 per person/day, $40 a week for all guests 12 & over
*September 16th-May 14th: $5 per person/day for all guests 12 & over
-- Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $15 per vehicle
-- Late Processing Fee: $25 for payment received less than 3 days prior to arrival.

*These fees are beyond our control and it is the policy of our community association.*

**Please provide your email address upon booking. You will then be sent an information packet that has to be filled out to access the community . Upon arrival you will have to go to the main gate/welcome center to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.**

We love to exceed everyone's expectations, so you feel the Nirvana that we do here when we come here..This cottage makes for a genuine "retreat" for those needing one. We are certain you will partake in this home!

Unexpected Fees….Frequently book VRBOs but never had fees added that were not part of the original/ agreed upon bill. I’ve stayed in a gated community like this one and the fee for entry was included with cost of booking. Never had to make 2 payments, 1 for the unit and then another for entry.
