"Service is outstanding especially Michael who is a trainee in the front welcoming area. He was wonderful with recommendations for exploring Seoul with up to date information. The lobby bar is a beautiful place to stop and have a drink or something to eat. Location is perfect for exploring Myeondong on foot and subway stations are all close. Room is always clean and comfortable. If I was to find anything to criticise itโ€™s that the rooms are looking a little tired. However thatโ€™s a non issue as the experience was perfect. I would visit this hotel again. "
