"This location was horrible for a Marriott. The staff was not helpful, I believe at least one of them was on drugs. They charge $15 for parking even if you don't use it, in the same garage that everyone else uses for free. The elevator is super slow, there is no free Wi-Fi, and charge $17 for a breakfast that should be included. They nickle and dime you for everything. They have the balcony padlocked closed in the room, making it useless. The restaurant has rude staff and keeps most of it closed down and unusable. This location is a waste of money. The only positive is that it is close to the arena."
