「The listing photos does not do this place justice. Gorgeous house with modern bathroom / kitchen. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Very close to downtown Laconia but far enough away that the home is quiet and feels private. We definitely rent again for a large group 」

「Great house and location. Ample room for our party of 9 to spread out. Private pool was a great option when not staying right on the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and pool floats. Community dock access was nice to launch the owner’s 2 kayaks. Dock seems to need a little repair as it’s in slightly worse shape than photo(probably taken a while ago). We did fine. 「House feels bigger than it is due to all the great outdoor spaces. The kitchen is well stocked for all types of meals and the living room and dinning room are great for gathering together. Very clean but could use some attention to the less used areas, such as shades etc. Overall great place for both relaxing and entertaining. Could use a couple of kayaks for when you don’t want to drag the larger boats out.」
