Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. "My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. "This was supposed to be a girls’ trip with my best friend. Most of the stay was enjoyable until she had a concerning experience during breakfast at Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort. Around 8:50 AM, the chair she was sitting on suddenly broke and she fell to the ground. Other guests helped her up, and staff later provided an ice pack and paracetamol. About an hour later, the pain in her hip and side became much worse. Despite informing staff that she needed to lie down, she was initially told she still had to check out by 1 PM because new guests were arriving. After repeatedly explaining how much pain she was in, she was eventually allowed to use another room and requested to see a doctor. Accidents can happen anywhere, but when a guest is injured due to faulty furniture, the response should prioritize the guest’s health and wellbeing."
