This includes all bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, the detached game room, the private backyard, the pool (open in Mid-May), and the screened gazebo. Pool Season: The in-ground pool is temperature-controlled (80-85°F) and is typically open from near Memorial Day to October. Please note, the pool is currently closed and will reopen in late May 2026.
