Plymouth holds a place of great prominence in American history and is known as “America’s Hometown” being the site of the first NE colony founded in 1620.

Our Nantucket style beach house features five-bedrooms, a brand-new kitchen and wide-open living space, plus a brand-new attached deck, all overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod from a commanding perch atop a 100-foot bluff over the ocean below. Whales and seals can also be seen right from your deck. The shipping lanes into the Cape Cod Canal are right in front of the house.

We are located in Ocean Air Estates, a private community with its own beach access about a 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells and observe the ocean wildlife along the rocky coast. This beach is ideal for kayaking and stand boarding.

If you want to venture out, we are centrally located just a few miles from several other beautiful beaches to the north and south, the 12,000 acre Myles Standish State Forest loaded with biking, hiking and equestrian trails, the #1 rated public golf course in the state (Nicklaus Course at Pine Hills Golf Club) and 3 others rated in the top 10, numerous local historic sites, and the revitalized waterfront with great dining and entertainment options.

All that being said, we think you will find it hard to leave our deck once you set up the beach chairs and take in the panoramic views.

Each bedroom is tastefully accented with cottage decor and ocean inspired colors. A fireplace with large screen TV above is a secondary focal point to the truly awe-inspiring panoramic views from your main living area.

Working remote has never been better with the high speed WiFi and a backdrop your colleagues will be envious of.

Perfect place for birthday celebration!

The view was breathtaking and it felt like home away from home!

The property was as described! The view was excellent. The weather was not always in our favor due to heavy rains, however the surise and sunset was miraculous! Can't wait to return again. It was very peacful.

High school girls weekend away

We are a group of high school grads and have been going away for 35 years. We absolutely loved your home. Everyone agreed is was the best house for beautiful views of the Hunters moon and sunrises. The house was also very comfortable.

Lovely place from which to base a family reunion

This beautifully appointed home was comfortable, with 5 full bedrooms, super views from all 3 levels, easy to cook-in kitchen, and everything we could possibly have wanted to entertain friends for dinner. The outdoor shower was an unexpected plus—so clean with plenty of hot water. Loved walking down the road to the beach access after supper just to get close to the tidal rocks. Nice neighborhood too!

Rented home for a wedding at the Pine Hills. Very close to venue. Downtown a little further drive.Home was clean and well equipped with a spectacular view of Cape Cod Bay!’ Owners were easy to communicate with and check-in was seamless.Only one ding the gas fire pit on deck is probably ready for replacement. It is functional but on its last legs.Overall would rent again.

Can’t beat this spot.

We loved everything about this home and plan to go again. We were there for 3 days and never left the property. Outstanding views. Very comfortably furnished. Plenty of room in and out to spread out and find sun or shade. Great place to relax and unwind. Wish I could give it more than a 10!

I really enjoyed my stay here. We where lucky enough to have clear sunny weather and the view really is amazing. You can see the monument at P Town on a clear day. Its worth mentioning that the mattress and pillows where above average in the room I stayed in. I slept great and woke to a beautiful sunrise.

July 4th in Plymouth

The house was beautiful inside and out! The flowers and landscaping were amazing!! We enjoyed the firepit as well as the propane fire table feature on the deck. On the very first morning my son in law saw a whale from the deck! It was our first time visiting the northeast so I had tons of questions, Elina was so helpful and always responded very quickly! The kids (all adults) enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement also. If we ever get the chance to come back I will certainly be looking this house back up!!!

Had a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful and very relaxing. The location for us was great as the family wedding was at The Pine Hills and this was much closer than in the downtown and you couldn’t beat the quiet.
