"We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. They provided toilet paper, shower toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's so nice to not have to lug that extra stuff. Some weird, short power...

"I took one shower late afternoon and one the next morning and both times the water pressure was terrible. When I mentioned this to the woman upon check out she just kind of shrugged her shoulders and said well the hotel was full and that's happens when we're busy. Lousy attitude in my opinion."

"Old but fairly clean room. Comfortable bed. Dead bug on the ceiling and hair on my towel was less than great. No USB outlets. Very loud door closures that alerted you to any activity in the hallway but overall the temperature of the room was kept comfortable without any on/off noise and I slept comfortably in the bed. Not something I would recommend but not terrible"

"It’s not a high end hotel with bells and whistles. But they work hard to maintain it clean, and organized. Front desk staff were accommodating to my request to have 2 rooms nearby, and one of the cleaning staff helped me with a fickle vending machine if the 5th floor. Breakfast is what you typically see, but the staff were on top of them and you could tell that they took great ownership in providing an excellent service."

"Check in was a bit long because their system wouldn't let them complete the deposit processing but that's not the hotel's fault. Staff at the desk was great. Friendly and helpful. Lovely property with lots of outdoor space and parking. The heated outdoor pool had technically opened a day before we checked in but it was freezing and pretty dirty. My 5 year old daughter was super bummed that she couldn't swim like we promised. There were construction materials around the pool deck, as well as around some of the side entrances. The location was in a pretty quiet area which I liked. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. Both had king beds, tv's, and their own ensuite which were spacious. Living room and kitchen were nice, modern, and well stocked. Air conditioning worked quite well and it was nice having windows that open. We couldn't get the living room tv to work very well but there were 2 others so fine. The laminate floors didn't seem to have been mopped in a long while. You couldn't see any dirt but your socks were pretty grungy after walking around for a while in the room. Not a huge deal but it was a bit disappointing. The only major complaint was the noise. Next door rooms were quiet but the room above is had people running around and slamming doors and drawers until about midnight. You could hear everything. Every step. Every time they did anything. This continued both nights we stayed. Breakfast was really great. Lots of hot and cold options. Clean and modern."
