"I really enjoyed staying at the Margaritaville in Bossier City. It was a beautiful hotel, the staff at the front desk were phenomenal. We walked in without a reservation at about 7:30 PM and they were very helpful. They got the Bell boy to take our bags to our room while we parked the car. So we didn’t even have to take our luggage up. That is huge for women that are aging gently. lol. We Had a great time at the casino. And the room and all of the pictures in the elevators and in the lobby area were just beautiful."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was too small to feed entire hotel. Elevator broke when I was in it. Construction going on with no warning on website. Several charges to my room still pending a week later with no action taken after I have called several times."

"We were in town for a funeral. Check in was at 1:00 pm and the funeral was at 2:00. We got to the hotel at 12:45 and the reception was extremely rude. She said the room wasn’t ready and we were early. I told her it was no problem, we knew we were a bit early and could wait until the 1:00 check in time. She said that they hadn’t even started cleaning our room and she was mumbling under her breath and be very ugly about it. I explained that we traveled five hours for this memorial service and just needed to change clothes and freshen up and then we would leave. She continued to mumble and say ugly things under her breath. After that we were very uncomfortable with the whole situation and didn’t feel good staying there. She said good and we all agreed to cancel our reservation. Never again!"

"The front desk manager got us weary travelers checked in quickly despite our very late arrival, The room was tidy and clean and the breakfast was on par for what you'd expect. The only detraction was the hotel sits next to an active rail line, so if you are bothered by trains, it might be an issue. Great stay for the price point."

"One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. "
