"I would 100% come back to this place. Our suite was absolutely amazing, and very clean. It is spacious, has a very big and cool shower, has great ac and giant tv, plenty of light, has a safe, and the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The pillows aren’t as comfortable as the bed, and the breakfast is very limited, but there is plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance, so it was not a big deal. Also, you may have to pay for parking! But, I 1000% recommend staying...

"Wonderful rustic summer cottage in the woods! One of the few really private wooded areas on PI and easy walking distance to town beaches. Reminds me of how the island used be decades ago -- nothing fancy but nicely appointed. A great collection of old books and travel guides. "

"This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!"

"Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach."
