Nestled in a verdant setting, this former 18th-century building, a mill in late , Maites authentic stay in the the heart of Finistère countryside. Located near the first beaches, accessible in less than 20 minutes by bicycle, it offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to the sea.
Upon entering the house, you will discover a large, bright living room, where old stones and exposed beams harmoniously blend. The careful decoration, enhanced with personal furniture, paintings and musical instruments, creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. The space includes a lounge area with a fireplace and sofas, one of which is convertible, as well as a dining area with a large table, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.
The kitchen, faithful to the authentic charm of the mill, retains a somewhat old-fashioned style but is perfectly functional and equipped to prepare your meals. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, from utensils to electrical appliances. Its rustic character contributes to the unique character of the house.
The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower. The separate toilet further adds to the comfort of the house.
Upstairs, an open space with two single beds offers an ideal solution for children or teenagers. Two double rooms with 140x190 beds accommodate adults in a comfortable and restful setting. An additional toilet on the floor ensures optimal comfort for all occupants.
Outside, a vast plot of over 5000 m², partially wooded, surrounds the house and makes it a true haven of peace. The body of water and the natural environment attract herons, ducks and frogs, offering an ideal setting to recharge. Privacy is total, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature, whether for walks, cycling, fishing or simply relaxing by the water.
