If you are a lover of old stones, nature and tranquility, this 18th century former mill, active until the late 1990s, will be your ideal refuge for a stay in the Finistère peninsula. This charming building is ideally located in the countryside while being close to the sea, the first beaches being less than 5 km as the crow flies or less than 20 minutes by bike.
Upon entering the house, you will find a large living room full of charm, with a rustic blend of old Breton stones and exposed wooden beams. The carefully decorated interior is enhanced by the furnishings of the occupants, with paintings, kitchenware, and musical instruments offering a lived-in feel that contrasts with the sterile seasonal rentals. The living area consists of a dining area with a large table and a lounge area with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed.
This house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Sufficient furniture and furnishings. Bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, bath towels)

A large plot of over 5000m2 partially wooded enhances the site and contributes to making it a true oasis of tranquility. With its pretty pond and natural surroundings, this place is a paradise for nature lovers. Herons, frogs and ducks will transport you. The isolated location offers total privacy, allowing you to escape urban life. You can enjoy relaxing walks in the surrounding countryside, go cycling, fishing or simply relax by the lake.
In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Île Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint-Mathieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts.... For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For golfers, you will find several, including the golf des Abers.
Smokers are accepted. However, we ask you to smoke outside the house out of respect for the other users of the premises.
