The living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, complete with a dining table ideal for shared meals and relaxed gatherings. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom accommodates 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom features a shower and includes 1 separate WC, bringing the total bathroom facilities to 1. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, making the overall layout both functional and sociable.
