You will enjoy a large plot with enclosed garden, a swing, a slide for the little ones, a table tennis table as well as a beautiful terrace fitted out with a barbecue, perfect for summer meals in the open air.



Pass through the front door and discover a superb living space carefully decorated. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher) offering you everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - upstairs: one Queen Size bed (160x200cm)

Bedroom 2 - upstairs: one double bed (140x190cm)

Bedroom 3 - upstairs: two single beds (90x190cm)

A shared dressing room completes the sleeping area.



On the bathroom side, you will find on the ground floor a shower room with shower as well as an independent toilet. Upstairs, a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet is at your disposal.



Above the garage is a games room with a pool table, a dartboard and an exercise bike. Board games are also available in the living room cabinet.



For even more comfort, a travel cot, a high chair, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron are available.



You will be able to park in the garage or in the external courtyard of the accommodation.
