Modern house near the ocean with 2 terraces and 1 spa

  • Modern house located on a cul-de-sac, just a few minutes’ walk from downtown and a few minutes’ drive from the beach.
The first floor features a half-bath and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a long, bright living and dining area.
Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite in the master bedroom), and a half-bath.
An 800 m² garden with 2 terraces, one of which is wooden.
You’ll be able to enjoy this small seaside resort, its many beaches, and coastal trails.
Our cat “Sully” will likely stop by to say hello and keep you company from time to time.

Maison qu'on recommande!
