  • Apartment on the 1st floor of an old farm building, completely renovated, with a large private terrace facing south-east. Access by a stone staircase. 1 large room with 1 very well-equipped kitchen area (induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) 1 living-dining area with a very comfortable sofa bed (sleeping 140 for 2 people).
    1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed that can be separated to make 2 80 cm beds. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 bath, wc (1 washing machine, hairdryer).
    Property located about 2kms from the center of Ploermel (with all shops, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, tennis etc.) 5mm walk from the greenway and Lac au Duc, 15mm by car from the Brocéliande forest, Josselin or Compère castle, 25 mm from Vannes and Gof du Morbihan
