Private: large garden 4'200 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Arbour, garden furniture, children's playground (slide, swing), parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3.4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Porz Mellec" 800 m.
