We stayed one night at this hotel. The 2 bedroom apparement was spacious and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The check-in took longer than usual as they were short staffed. But all in all, everything was good.

Leider war ich mit dem Kundenservice rund um dieses Appartement sehr unzufrieden. Ich habe über einen Zeitraum von mehr als 4 Stunden versucht, jemanden zu erreichen – telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, auf meine E-Mail kam keine Antwort, und auch über den Chat wurde ich nicht bedient. Als schließlich doch noch Kontakt zustande kam, konnte die Person leider kein Englisch sprechen, was eine Verständigung zusätzlich erschwert hat. Letztlich habe ich mich selbst vor Ort zur Rezeption begeben, wo der Check-in dann problemlos vorgenommen werden konnte. Es ist schade, dass ich dafür erst eigenständig aktiv werden musste, anstatt über die üblichen Kanäle Unterstützung zu bekommen.
