Welcome to Les Volets Bleus, an authentic small fisherman's house in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Mer, in the town of Plérin.

Here, no standardised house: Les Volets Bleus is an old house, brought up to date while retaining its character and its small particularities. A warm place, designed to enjoy the Breton coast with family, friends or as a couple, summer and winter.

The house can accommodate up to 5 guests, with two bedrooms upstairs and an additional sleeping option in the sofa bed in the living room.

On the first floor, you will find a convivial living room with living room, television and DVD, board games and fireplace, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen: gas hob, combined microwave/oven oven, filter coffee maker...

From mid-October until the end of the February holidays, the fireplace allows you to find the house warm after a day on the coast. If you want to use it, just contact us to find out the terms and conditions concerning the wood.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small office space. The house has very high-speed fibre and Wi-Fi, which also allows you to consider a few days of teleworking by the sea.

You have a private garden of about 250 m², with outdoor furniture, located about twenty metres from the house. This particularity also tells the story of the district: the old fishermen's houses of Saint-Laurent did not always have an adjoining garden and the formerly common land has been separated over time.

Parking is free on the street, near the house.

Les Volets Bleus is an excellent starting point to discover the bay of Saint-Brieuc. From the house, you can walk to the beach of Nouëlles and continue towards the GR34, the famous customs path that runs along the Breton coast.

Nearby, you can also discover the port of Légué and its restaurants, the beaches of Rosaires and Tournemine, the Pointe du Roselier or the centre of Saint-Brieuc.

For a day trip, Cap d'Erquy, Cap Fréhel and the island of Bréhat can be reached in less than an hour.

Les Volets Bleus, a house for all seasons! In summer, make way for beaches, gardens and long days on the coast. In spring and autumn, the house is particularly pleasant for discovering the GR34, hiking, cycling or simply enjoying the bay away from the summer hustle and bustle. In winter, after a long walk facing the sea, find the charm of a small Breton house and an evening by the fire.

And if you have to work a few hours before going for a walk on the coast, the fibre and the office space also allow you to extend your stay.
