Une seule chaise bébé pour tout l’hôtel

En escale d’une nuit en famille en juillet 2024 pour rejoindre notre lieu de villégiature, nous avons réservé une « suite familiale » via www.hotels.com en pensant que nous aurions une chambre + un coin séjour équipé d’un canapé lit qui permettrait à nos enfants de passer du temps pour jouer, et en faite nous avons simplement eu 2 chambres standard communicantes… ce n’est pas vraiment une suite familiale… Enfin, petit déjeuner correct mais une seule chaise bébé (aucun réhausseur) à disposition pour tout l’hôtel. Même au Formule 1 de Saint-Brieuc où nous avions dormi l’année précédente, il y avait 3 chaises bébé dispo pour le petit déjeuner. Bref ce n’est clairement pas un hôtel pour les séjours en famille, uniquement pour les séjours d’affaire ou en couple sans enfant.

3 Nächte mit einer lauten Nachbarin liessen uns keinen Schlaf finden. Man könne nichts machen der Gast habe bezahlt. Schade um das schöne Ibis Style,die Erinnerung wurde getrübt.

Séjour tout à fait convenable. Personnel accueillant. Propreté satisfaisante. Avons toutefois trouvé la chambre petite pour un couple et surtout pour une semaine de réservation. Pas d'armoires, pas de coffre, pas de frigo, pas de coin "bouilloire, café, thé" ... Bien pour un séjour d'une ou 2 nuits pour homme/ou femme d'affaire, commercial/e Mais pour une semaine - en couple - en vacances - chambre trop exiguë ! A nous aussi de nous renseigner, mais cela devrait être mentionné selon le type de chambre choisi ...

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours : l hôtel est bien . Placé et calme ( proche centre commercial et accès routiers et centre ville) les petits déjeuners sont copieux et frais et le personnel que ce soit André ou Laetitia sont aux petits soins pour un séjour très agréable.

Mitigée

Je ne comprend pas comment cet hotel rentre dans la qualité ibis style. Pas d ascenseurs, chambre petites sdb idem. L'accueil est bon mais en termes de prestations pure je suis mitigée. Et j'ai vraiment était déranger par l'odeur de la cuisine du restaurant qui inonde tout l'hôtel. (Je suis sommelière donc j'avoue etre particulièrement attentif a ce genre de détails). Rien a redire sur l'accueil.
