Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 2 single beds 90x190, 1 single bed 120x190), bathroom with shower and toilet. At your disposal: a pretty private terrace of 30 m², a private garden of 80 m². Parking of your vehicles at the entrance of the property, on parking in common with another gite. House adjoining another gite. Lots of charm for this family home, located in the Bay of St Brieuc, which has survived the decades while modernizing. The owners have invested a lot in making it comfortable, warm and welcoming: you will be surprised by its beautiful volumes and its stone walls which give it a unique style! Do you like treading fine sand? Martin beach will be only 1.7 km away and Nouëlles beach 4.3 km away. If you prefer wide open spaces, you will love the large family beach of Les Rosaires 3.2 km away. Want to hike? Go to the tip of the roselier (3.5 km) to admire postcard landscapes. Do not miss to stroll on the port of Légué (6.6 km), with its quays lined with restaurants. Nearby: St Brieuc center (9 km) and the seaside resorts of Binic (11.5 km), St Quay Portrieux (18 km), Pléneuf Val André (32 km). Welcome to Brittany! Gîte parfait pour un séjour en famille

Le gîte est très confortable, très bien équipé, décoré et soigné. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec un secteur qui offre beaucoup de possibilité d’activités que ce soit à pied avec pas mal de sentiers à faire à proximité de la maison; ou bien en voiture avec toute la côte à découvrir; sans oublier les terres qui comprennent de nombreuses communes avec un charme médiéval authentique par exemple. Nous avons également apprécié le contact avec les propriétaires qui nous ont réservé un accueil agréable et sont restés disponibles et à l’écoute jusqu’au bout. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.
