"The room was nice but the breakfast was not included and was not worth the money they were charging. On a Saturday morning they closed early and when people were still coming down, they told them they already closed. I hope they got a refund on the amount of money they paid for the breakfast they weren’t allowed to get. Also, they never replenished the bagels or muffins for breakfast so if you came down later, you didn’t have it any options. The stay in general was fine, but I wouldn’t eat there or pay extra for a breakfast. That is absolutely not worth it."

"Pool heater was broke so water was ice cold, staff was nice, rooms are extremely small. Says sleeps four and it has two bed but its very cramped. "

"No water pressure in shower, thin windows-heard traffic all night. Under construction so dust everywhere. Sink in bathroom did not drain. "

"We usually stay at drury properties no matter where we go, Fairview heights even though a newer one was probably the worst. The rooms were clean but the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting there were hair, skin pieces, bandaids, and the overwhelming smell of urine. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a long time. And the hot tub jets did not work at all it was stagnant people soup. The staff seemed to not care about anything at all. The food a Drury's are normally great but they swapped taco night (which our kids love) for some overdone dry and somehow still greasy meatballs and rice.... My kids didn't eat that night it was so gross. Breakfast was not up to Drury standard either it was the most disappointing Drury experience I've had. With the premium price the facilities and the food should be much higher quality. "
