「What a great place built in 1960 and kept up impeccably! The view is amazing of Oyster Bay. Found the Boat Shed and then Khao Soi Thai.」

「Very comfortable room with deep tub and all needed amenities. Good temperature control with quiet heating system. 」

「I liked the room for the price and the free breakfast. The bed was comfortable and room smelled clean. Parking was perfect and location right off freeway 16 was a plus. There was a few places to eat right across the street to walk to. The only thing I had a problem with was the bathroom. It was small and the toilet seat was very thin and wobbly. 」

「It was a good stay only thing that bugged me is one of the chairs was dirty looked like it had blood spots on it in our room, parking lot isnt very even so with my hurt foot it was difficult. Other then that it was good.」

「The hotel was well taken care with fresh, clean interiors. Thevstaff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for walkable restaurants in the area. Just wish the next door guest would have turned the TV down at midnight! White noise on my phone solved the problem. 」

「Elfendale is deep in a dense forest with a off-grid and natural living vibe. The host is available and personable. We enjoyed our stay of 2 nights」

「It was very clean and inviting inside. There’s no real kitchen but it had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom is very nice! Smart TVs in the rooms. The windows face the back yard which is very green and we saw a mother deer and her faun grazing. Fantastic experience!」

「Overall the stay was great. I really enjoyed the binder that explained the history of the building. It was slightly frustrating when I was told last minute that my check-in time was delayed. Most everything was clean but the fan over the bed was very dusty. Other things that would have been nice were an ironing board and a hairdryer.」

「This was a great cozy place to stay, i even shared the booking for another family member who will be going up there as well cause i truly enjoy the location and the heat was truly a life saver and worked amazing, for 2 people is was prefect and the price was in my budget! 」
