"Directly across from SM City mall is super convenient. Clean and nice but the emergency light battery was dead. Breakfast was mediocre but plentiful (don't purchase with booking, it's cheaper onsite). I'm giving factual criticism, but I have no serious complaints and would be happy to stay again."

"Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!"

"First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!"

"The Room was good clean quiete with window that facing the brick wall, which i do not like, the bathroom had improved slightly. It would be nice if you can make a coffee that teaspoons is provided, just a small issue, I must say it improved as this time they provided two hand towels as before only bath towels, so yes getting there. I might consider to go back there again. "
